Solvent Based Concrete Curing Membrane
ADMIX CM490 is a solvent based, fast drying and film forming agent. Selected resins in the formulation have excellent intermolecular bonds as well as good adhesion to dry and wet concrete surfaces. The product retains sufficient moisture in the concrete to ensure full hydration of the cement.
Application Method
ADMIX CM490 should be sprayed on fresh concrete before drying. The ideal time of application is when the concrete surface does not shine anymore (Max. 20 minutes after placing process). The application can be done by spraying a thin layer on surfaces exposed to atmospheric conditions. In case of very drying concrete surfaces, wet it with water thoroughly before applying curing membrane.

Coverage
1 litre of ADMIX CM490 covers 4-5 m², which forms a thin coat on concrete surfaces (5-10 microns). It acts as a primer for many subsequent surface finishes, unless those coatings and repair materials that rely on penetration for substrate bonding.
How to use
ADMIX CM490 is supplied as ready to use product. The ideal device for spraying uniform membrane is hand sprayers. Never use electric or power sprayers in order to avoid ignition.
Packaging
ADMIX CM490 is supplied in 20 L containers and 200 L drums.
Storage
This product must be stored in original containers under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature or spark. Shelf life is 12 months. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in ignition, premature deterioration of the product or packaging. Safety awareness
ADMIX CM490 contains petro solvents and is classified as flammable product. It must be used in ventilated areas with special cares. Use personal safety devices while using this material. In case of any contact or splashing to eyes or skin, wash it with clean water for at least 15 minutes and get medical helps. Equipment carefulness
Wash and clean the equipment and sprayer parts with solvent after completion of each phase of application or before break times.
