Admix RA450
Water Soluble, Oil Based Mold Release Agent
ADMIX RA450 is a milky product used to ease of concrete molds opening. It can be used purely or diluted with water and be applied in a thin layer on cleaned mold surfaces. This product can be used on different types of molds such as wood, metal or composite, in all concrete works in water channels, tunnels, precast elements, beams and columns.
Function Mode
ADMIX RA450 contains chemical admixtures which debond concrete from molds easily, effect of the product is to keep concrete surface unhardened till mold opening, so helps to ease of demolding although has no negative effect on concrete strengths.

Density: 1.0 to 1.2 g/cm³ at 20°C
pH: 8-9
Chemical reaction: Very weak
Effect on concrete
Using this product causes creation of smooth and suitable concrete surfaces. Also presenting anti foam admixture in formulation of product reduces formation of surface air bubbles and honeycombs, so minimizing further repairs.
Mixing ratio
ADMIX RA450 can be diluted with water in the ratio of 1 by 3 which makes project more economic.
Note: Stir product thoroughly before opening containers.
Packaging
ADMIX RA450 is supplied in 20 and 200 L drums.
Direction for use
ADMIX RA450 can be applied by means of paint brush or hand sprayer on mold surfaces, using diluted material in unventilated area such as tunnels and mines is not limited. Each liter of release agent can cover 20 to 25 square meters.
Storage
ADMIX RA450 must be stored at temperature more than +5°C in original containers under cover, out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
